Nominalizat deja la UK Blues Awards pentru Best Young, Emerging, and Acoustic Blues Artist, cu apariții frecvente la Jazz FM și Blues Radio UK, Thomas Heppell a deschis sau a cântat pe aceeași scenă cu Albert Lee, Mike Zito, Dan Patlanksy, Brave Rival sau The Cinelli Brothers.

Thomas Heppell vine pentru prima dată în România, pe 24 august 2025, la Blues in th garden festival.
