De peste 23 de ani, danezii de la Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado străbat scenele Europei și nu numai, construindu-și reputația prin ceea ce contează cel mai mult pentru noi la Blues in the garden: LIVE.
Blues cu rădăcini în Chicago. Soul. Boogie. Rock’n’roll. O secție de suflători care pune lucrurile în mișcare. Chitara lui Joachim Svensmark. Și, peste toate, vocea puternică și inconfundabilă a lui Thorbjørn Risager. Este genul de trupă care nu vine pe scenă doar să cânte piesele de pe albume. Vine să pună publicul în mișcare!
Au împărțit scena cu artiști precum Bonnie Raitt, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Buddy Guy și Robben Ford, au primit numeroase premii în Danemarca și în Europa și și-au construit, concert după concert, reputația uneia dintre trupele live importante ale scenei europene de blues-rock.
Și acum a venit timpul să-i avem și la Blues in the garden festival!
Pe 20 august 2027, Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado urcă pe scena Blues in the garden festival.
Iar ceva ne spune că o să fie greu să stăm pe loc.

For more than 23 years, Denmark’s Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado have been touring stages across Europe and beyond, building their reputation around something that matters enormously to us at Blues in the garden: LIVE MUSIC.
Chicago-rooted blues. Soul. Boogie. Rock’n’roll. A horn section that gets things moving. Joachim Svensmark’s outstanding guitar playing. And above it all, the powerful and unmistakable voice of Thorbjørn Risager. This is not the kind of band that simply comes on stage to play the songs from their records. They come to move an audience!
They’ve shared stages with artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Buddy Guy and Robben Ford, received numerous awards in Denmark and across Europe and, show after show, built a reputation as one of the outstanding live acts on the European blues-rock scene.
And now it’s time to bring them to our garden.
On 20 August 2027, Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado will take the stage at Blues in the garden festival.
And something tells us it’s going to be pretty hard to stand still.
